Richards experiences and training have provided him the opportunity to evaluate and inspect many different types of properties. Batten To Beam Inspections, LLC, has been responsible for evaluating and inspecting 200+ year old farm and historic city homes as well as old and newer single-family homes, townhomes and condominiums.
Richard is certified to inspect new construction, pre-drywall inspection, multi-family properties and commercial buildings. A full range of services including wood destroying insect inspection, radon testing, sewer lateral video inspection plus pool and water services such as well inspection and water testing are available, you do not have to manage multiple contractors.
